What we take on and what we turn down. Reading this before you order saves everyone a round trip — we review every request against it before quoting.

01WHAT WE BUILD
Bipedal humanoid characters for Unreal Engine 5 — armoured, monstrous, stylised, realistic, human and otherwise, as long as the underlying form is bipedal and humanoid.
Quadrupeds, creatures, vehicles, and environments are on the roadmap and not currently offered. If you ask for one we'll tell you rather than quote something we can't deliver well.
02WHAT WE DECLINE
- Existing intellectual property.Characters from games, films, comics, or shows — and lookalikes built to evade the same problem. If a reasonable person would recognise it, we won't build it.
- Real people without their documented written consent. That includes public figures, and it includes likenesses assembled from photographs.
- Hate content. Characters whose purpose is to demean or attack people over race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, disability, or nationality — including the iconography that goes with it.
- Sexual content involving minors, or any character designed to appear as a minor in a sexual context. No exceptions, no discussion.
- Explicit sexual content generally — not something we currently produce.
- Anything unlawful, or intended to defraud, impersonate, or harass.
Mature themes, horror, gore, and violence appropriate to games are all fine. Dark fantasy is most of what we do. The list above is about rights, real people, and harm — not tone.
03REFERENCE MATERIAL YOU SEND
Send concept art, photos, mood boards, and paint-overs freely — it's the fastest way to get what you want. You need the rights to whatever you send, and it's subject to the same rules as the commission itself.
Reference from an existing character is fine as inspiration for silhouette, mood, or palette. It isn't fine as a target to reproduce.
04HOW REVIEW WORKS
Every request is reviewed against this policy before a quote is issued. Most are straightforward. If yours sits near a line we'll ask about it rather than guess — usually one email settles it.
Declining costs you nothing: no quote, no charge, no deposit taken. If something only becomes apparent after production begins, we may stop work; where the problem isn't your fault, you get a full refund of everything paid.
05WHERE THIS FITS
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Ownership of what we build for you is covered in the Asset License.
