MESHCORP Store Terms

“MESHCORP,” “we,” and “us” means Meshcorp LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as MESHCORP. “You” means the person or company identified through Stripe Checkout. You must be at least 18 and, when buying for a company, authorized to bind it.

A direct catalog purchase is a non-exclusive license to the exact premade asset and package version identified on the product and Asset Library record. Product images demonstrate the asset; the written package contents, technical details, supported Unreal versions, and license define delivery.

You are purchasing a digital license and downloadable files, not ownership of the original character and not an exclusive commission.

• Prices are shown in US dollars. Stripe may add applicable tax after it determines the buyer's location and tax status.
• For paid direct assets, the buyer must select the Personal or Professional price tier defined in the Premade Asset License and represents that the selection is accurate at purchase.
• Stripe hosts checkout and processes card details. MESHCORP never receives or stores a full card number.
• A company purchaser may provide its legal business name and supported tax ID through Stripe Checkout.
• No license or download entitlement exists until Stripe confirms settled payment through the signed payment system.

After Stripe confirms payment, MESHCORP attaches the purchase to the Asset Library identity for the checkout address. New browsers are verified through a short-lived, single-use email sign-in. The library then produces short-lived R2 download links; the permanent storage key is never public.

Digital purchases remain subject to cancellation or withdrawal rights that cannot legally be waived. The refund and technical-defect rules below explain MESHCORP's normal policy.

• Before the first asset download, contact MESHCORP within 14 days if you purchased by mistake. We will refund an unused direct order unless fraud, abuse, or a non-waivable rule requires a different result.
• After you successfully obtain the asset files, direct digital purchases are not refundable for change of mind to the fullest extent the law allows.
• Report a reproducible technical defect within 14 days. If the package fails its published specification in a supported Unreal version, MESHCORP will provide a correction or replacement. If we cannot provide one within a reasonable time, we will refund the affected order.
• A product not fitting an unstated project requirement, a buyer modifying the delivered rig or files, or preference about an accurately disclosed feature is not a technical defect.

Refunds return to the original payment method. After Stripe confirms a refund, banks commonly take 5–10 business days to display it. A full refund or unresolved payment dispute revokes download access.

MESHCORP records when the Asset Library issues a short-lived download link, but that record alone does not prove that every file byte reached your device. We review delivery facts rather than treating a link attempt by itself as conclusive when evaluating an unused-order request.

• Your Asset Library sign-in is personal. Do not forward a live email sign-in link or share an authenticated browser session.
• You may return and redownload purchased assets while MESHCORP operates the library, but keep your own backup because permanent hosting is not promised.
• A purchase includes the frozen package version shown on the order. Corrections may replace that package; future feature releases or engine upgrades are not included unless the product page says so.
• Do not attempt to bypass, automate, scrape, or share the private download system. Reasonable repeat downloads for your own licensed use are allowed.

The MESHCORP Premade Asset License controls permitted use, redistribution, contractor access, dataset use, transfer, and termination. If these Store Terms conflict with that license on a question of permitted asset use, the Premade Asset License controls.

Except for the technical-defect commitment above and rights that cannot be excluded, assets are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MESHCORP is not liable for lost profits, lost data, production delays, or indirect or consequential loss. Total liability connected to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Florida. The legal version recorded with the order remains the version for that purchase; later changes do not apply retroactively.

For a duplicate purchase, refund request, missing email, or technical issue, contact MESHCORP and include the product name and checkout email.
