STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE

A commission without the mystery.

The quote locks the job. Two approval gates keep feedback where it belongs. Your private project portal keeps proofs, notes, and final files together from request through delivery.

Clear forms and written approvals replace routine scope calls. We only suggest a call for a genuinely large or ambiguous order.

  1. 01REQUEST

    Configure and send the brief

    Choose a tier, technical target, and add-ons, then attach up to six concept images. The live number is an estimate; nothing is billed when you submit.

    Larger rosters and unusual requirements can still be described in the brief. A call is not part of the normal process.

  2. 02QUOTE

    We review and lock the scope

    We check the concept and send an itemized formal quote. It confirms the base scope, price, active build days, revision counts, and production start window. Quotes remain open for 14 days.

    If review reveals a useful add-on or technical risk, only the relevant choices appear on your quote. Include or decline each one and see the updated total before you commit.

  3. 03QUEUE

    Accept and reserve production with 30%

    After you confirm any quote-specific choices, accept the resulting frozen scope, and pay the 30% deposit, the build enters the production queue.

    Quoted build days begin when active production starts, not when the request is submitted.

  4. 04CHARACTER GATE

    Review the mesh and materials

    We post protected proof media in your project portal. Approve the character or submit one organized batch of notes. The portal shows the revision allowance included with your tier.

    A proof left without a response for 7 days is approved after reminder notices. You can contact us before the deadline if more review time is needed.

  5. 05RIG GATE

    See the character move

    We post images or video of the rigged character moving. This gate is for weighting, deformation, and rig behavior—not a late redesign of an already approved character.

    Approved stages lock the upstream work. Later changes remain possible through a separately priced change order.

  6. 06DELIVERY

    Final payment unlocks the pack

    After final payment, your portal provides the organized Unreal Engine 5 delivery pack and installation guide. Ordered source files are delivered separately and are not required to use the asset.

    Commissioned characters transfer with exclusive rights after final payment, subject to the commission license.
